The Application provides informational access to FDA-approved prescription medication labeling data, including excipients (inactive ingredients), sourced from publicly available third-party databases such as NIH DailyMed. CercaLabs Inc. does not create, own, or control the underlying medication data.
Account Registration and Use
Access to the Application requires creation of a user account. Accounts are used solely for usage tracking, support, feedback, and maintenance communications.
No Medical Advice
The Application is provided for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional.
HIPAA and PHI Clarification
CercaLabs Inc. is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. The Application is not designed to collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI).

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications related to account activity, support, feedback, maintenance, and service updates.
